Swan, Dancer, and Prancer

Rats, female, ~9 months/~6 months
Intake date: 12/8/19
Tukwila, WA

Dancer and Prancer are Swan’s baby girls who were born 12/24/19. Swan is about 9 months old. The babies are a little shy but they are curious and love to hop around playing tickle. Swan loves to come to the front of the cage for treats, run on the wheel, and monkey around on the bars.

Ferdinand and Finnegan

Rats, male, ~ 1 year
Intake date: 3/29/2020
Olympia, WA

Ferdinand (beige) and Finnegan (beige and white) are handsome, timid boys who need a patient, loving home. They are gentle and treat motivated but they aren’t the type of rats that enjoy being picked up or loved on. With time they can warm up but their new home should expect them to be more reserved.

Simba

Guinea pig, male, 1-2 years
Intake date: 4/22/2020
Portland, OR

Simba came in with extremely matted and dirty fur that was causing sores. After a good shave and clean-up, his wounds have healed and he is starting to relax in his foster home. He came in with a piggy friend who unfortunately didn’t make it. He is still a little nervous but when he feels safe he relaxes. He has become comfortable enough to start “wheeking” (begging) for food. He loves his hay and hides most!

Aspen

Rabbit, spayed female, ~ 1 year
Intake date: 5/22/2020
Bonney Lake, WA

Aspen always has a deer in the headlights look but she’s not as fearful as she looks. She tolerates pets and enjoys her supervised outside time. She can be picky about her food and prefers softer hays like orchard grass and fresh grass.

She was transferred from Tri-Cities Washington Rabbit Advocates where she was trapped as a dumped rabbit.

Sky

Rabbit, spayed female, ~ 1 year
Intake date: 5/22/2020
Bonney Lake, WA

Sky is a spunky, gorgeous young. So far she has done well with another female rabbit during supervised outside play time so we feel she would benefit from a rabbit friend at her new home. She loves her free roam time and can be very feisty when it comes to being picked up so may not be the best for a beginner or home with small children.

She was transferred from Tri-Cities Washington Rabbit Advocates where she was trapped as a dumped rabbit.

Twix

Rabbit, neutered male, ~ 2 year
Intake date: 5/22/2020
Bonney Lake, WA

Twix is a curious guy and loves his outside playtime! He loves to hop back and forth in the bunny run and will chase the dog when he goes by. He is a digger so definitely needs to be supervised when outside.

He was transferred from Tri-Cities Washington Rabbit Advocates where he was trapped as a dumped rabbit.

Poptart

Dwarf hamster, female, 1 year
Intake date: 5/22/2020
Portland, OR

Poptart had a rough start to life where she sadly did not learn to associate humans with good things. Although her foster home works with her, she easily gets stressed out and tries to bite. She will be happiest as a watch-only pet and needs an experienced, patient home.

Marshall

Mouse, male, 7 months
Intake date: 5/22/2020
Portland, OR

Marshall is a shy boy who loves to chew. He enjoys hiding in small places and making tunnels. He will take treats from you once he is comfortable but would really rather be watched than handled.

Dorito

Mouse, male, 7 months
Intake date: 5/22/2020
Portland, OR

Dorito loves to explore and although timid, once you get him to crawl on your hand he can be pretty chill.
